Is there a minimum?
Can I change items?
- If your vision has changed, and you wish to omit or add items to your order –
this can be done no later than 14 days before the event and according to item availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
- General Cancellation – Customer cancellations received at least 30 days prior to an event
will not be subject to any additional charges beyond the original deposit amount /or/ renter
will not be charged a 5% cancellation fee
- Late Cancellation – Customer cancellations made 30 days up to 7 days prior to the event date,
the renter will be charged 50% of the original rental fee. The refundable amount it
after these fees have been deducted.
- Day of Cancellation – Events that are cancelled day of due to inclement weather will not be charged
late cancellation fees – as long as the group representative contacts our offices at least 4 hours to their
scheduled event start time to notify us of the weather related cancellation.
The refundable amount will be determined after these fees have been deducted.
How and when should I pay?
- A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. All services require complete payment
7 days in advance. We accept, cash, cheque, PayPal and Money Transfers.
