Create Magical Moments!

Hello and warmest welcome,

I'm Melis, the heart behind My Moment. What started as a love for planning joyful birthday parties has grown into something bigger: boutique craft experiences for kids, teens, and companies across the Raleigh–Durham area.

From themed birthday celebrations and teen craft nights to corporate team-building events, I bring the crafts, custom décor, styled tablescapes, and photo booth add-ons right to your home, office, or venue — and handle setup and cleanup.

Because every guest deserves an experience that feels uniquely theirs. Because every host deserves to actually enjoy their own event. This is your moment, and I'm here to create it with you.

Warmly, Melis

FAQs for Your Celebration

Please reach us at info@mymomentevents.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Who are your craft parties for?

Any ages above 5 and we customize the craft level based on the group’s age and ability. We do offer craft stations for companies in the area who are looking for team building activities.

Travel & Venue Options

We come to you. We travel to any city within 30 miles from Raleigh. We can set up at your home, company, clubhouse, park shelter, or any approved indoor venue in the Raleigh–Durham area.

Party Duration & Details

Most parties run 45–90 minutes depending on the craft choices and pace of the group.. Some advanced projects can go up to 2 hours. To keep everything smooth and sparkly, we need access to the party space 30-45 minutes before start time and will need 15-20 minutes for clean-up.

Booking Timeline Tips

We recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekends. But feel free to ask about last-minute availability!

Guest Count & Party Size

We can accommodate small groups of 6–8 or larger parties up to 20 depending on the project, budget and setup. We do offer large group or craft station pricing for bigger events.

Setup Space Requirements

A dining table, kitchen island, or 6–8 ft folding table works great for group sizes up to 12.. We bring tablecloths and table décor, and can adjust to almost any space.

Allergy & Sensitivity Info

Please let us know in advance and we will adjust materials to keep all guests safe and comfortable.

Adult & Group Crafts

Yes! We can create fun craft experiences for teen hangouts, girls’ nights, corporate events, baby or bridal showers.

Theme & Color Customization

Absolutely — we love matching your theme! We can customize colors, décor, signage, and craft kits.

Cleanup & Responsibilities

We clean up everything related to the craft experience — supplies, tools, tables, and any décor we bring.

We do not handle food service or food-related cleanup, so families will take care of snacks, cake, and dining areas.
